DEEPAK NITRITE: Deepak Nitrite Subsidiaries Execute ₹176 Cr Capital Infusion Agreement

Deepak Chem Tech Ltd (DCTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Deepak Nitrite, has issued ₹176 crore worth of 9% OCRPS to fellow subsidiary Deepak Phenolics Ltd (DPL).

The deal comprises 1.76 crore Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares, each with a face value of ₹100.

Objective: To reinforce DCTL’s capital position for ongoing project needs and debt repayment.

Both entities are 100% subsidiaries of Deepak Nitrite; the transaction was conducted on an arm’s length basis.

DCTL operates a fluorination facility in Gujarat with a turnover of ₹9.43 crore in FY25.
